The Base package is a cloud plan billed monthly. Every plan includes open and click tracking, shown right inside the CamelMailer app, so you can see how your mail lands.
Your choice when you go over
Send more than 5,000 in a calendar month and you pick how to handle it. Auto-upgrade bills the extra volume automatically, or buy additional packages in blocks of 5,000 emails.
The app shows a live 30-day quota meter and a preview of the Base package today, while sending stays free during the beta.

- Can I use CamelMailer today?
- Yes. The EU cloud is open in public beta, free up to 5,000 emails per month. You can also self-host the same code right now, with unlimited sending.
- What will the Base package cost?
- The planned Base package is €5 per month for 5,000 emails, billed monthly. It is a cloud offering and includes open and click tracking shown in the CamelMailer app.
- What happens when I send more than my quota?
- You choose. Auto-upgrade keeps your mail flowing and bills the extra volume automatically. Buy additional packages adds blocks of 5,000 emails at €5 each, so a month stays within a fixed budget. Quotas run per calendar month.
- What counts as an email?
- One accepted recipient. A message to three recipients counts as three. Bounced sends still count because we did the work; suppressed recipients are free.
- Where does my data live?
- The cloud runs only on EU infrastructure under EU jurisdiction. Self-hosted lives wherever you put it.
- What's the exit path?
- The cloud runs the exact open-source code. Export your data, run docker compose up on your own hardware, and repoint DNS when you are ready to move.
